Holy Cow what a beautiful story!

For some reason I find it easier to see the divine in animals. I look into the eyes of animals and see the infinite, I feel the infinite, pure love. I take care of animals at work, bunnies and chickens. Bunnies are easy, cute cuddly and loving. But have you ever looked into the eyes of a chicken? They are round and orange, and also, infinite love. They are the sweetest animals. I have asked the divine to help me get excited about people the way I do about animals, and I can feel that shifting. I do not think this man was lonely.

How expressive of the deep, deep bond that can exist between us and our four-legged friends - we are all part of the same ONE.

Many thanks for inspiring stories and the gift of kirtan to hold me wherever I am.

Namaste,

You gladden my heart, dear Jai. I am reading your poetic recollections on the very day my mother will be consumed by those flames. Thank you for the teachings through your eyes.

Jai Ram!

Oh, thank you, Jai. Reading your wonderous story touches this heart. Isnt it funny: here we are on this journey, every one of us, in our bodies, divinely guarded and guided by what is far greater than any words can discribe.

In thankfulness of the power of love uniting us - - - All blessings to you and your loved ones, to all souls, united in the heart of the true Beloved. What a gift to be connected to you all.

Hoping to see you again in Germany next year to sing together!

Namasté,

Eve

This brought me to tears and I can't wait to share it with Mark and Gabe. I feel so fortunate to receive the transmissions of your life experiences through your exceptional gift of writing. I delete and pass by so many emails but yours is one I always enjoy pausing to read.
Warm blessings to you and your beloveds.

Amazing the depth of love that can be shared among all creatures.
Love has no boundaries, love needs no words, it is a feeling a knowing. There is nothing like the unconditional love of an animal.

Thank you for sharing your amazing stories..............

Ram Nam Satya Hai!

Jai, you have a REAL gift for weaving these stories - from such personal experiences along your journey - into something that we ALL can share and take part onto ourselves!

Your colourful expression of life, love and how the old man moved through this short time in existence, brings me to stop - in a brief moment of awareness - to cherish all that is part of my life.

Namaste... Agastya

What a beautiful story. Surely the shy caretaker will be immortal through this story and throughout time as he set off on his continuing journey.

Many thanks!

Thank you very much for this story. I am 52, shy, and have lived alone for my entire adult life, except for my cats. I have always wondered why it seemed as if my yard was the local "hangout" for quite a few of the neighborhood cats on a daily basis. I often feel embarrassed and ashamed of my lack of social skill with humans. Reading your story makes me feel much better! Most cats, even shy cats, seem to really enjoy my company, as I do theirs. I guess that is the way it was meant to be!
